Responsibilities

Ecosystem Development & Strategy

• Develop a deep understanding of high-performance blockchain use cases and lead the growth of the Pharos ecosystem.
• Design and execute strategies for ecosystem growth, leveraging prior experience in scaling from zero to one.

Project Onboarding & Collaboration

• Act as the main point of contact for project teams across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Drive co-creation and guide teams in applying Pharos’ technical advantages to real applications.
• Support onboarding of users, assets, and traffic to grow a robust, application-driven ecosystem.

Ecosystem Scaling & Partnerships

• Build a strong network of partners, developers, and projects.
• Identify and execute opportunities to scale ecosystem collaboration.
• Support project teams with technical alignment and long-term ecosystem value.

APAC-First Strategy

• Activate existing connections with incubators, VCs, and founders in the region.
• Lead deep partnerships with Asia-based developer communities and projects.
